At Moons Rare Books, we strive to ensure your fashion acquisition is as timeless as literature; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer returns within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the items in their original archival-quality packaging to ensure they are protected against damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators receive and inspect your return for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
